The signal is audible here (FN15nt) on Saturday afternoon, 2016.8.6
at 1945z. Some deep QSB, on the up-peaks your CW ident is easily
copyable but fades into noise a few seconds later. Nothing showing
on the S-meter. Dipole antenna about 30' off the ground.
