[Lowfer] Geomagnetic Storm Refreshes 22 meter Short Hops & More

Ongoing openings this afternoon, at least from east to west.  At 
mid-morning, the band was nearly dead, with only NC and faint traces of USC 
and EH visible; nobody else, aural or visual.  That all changed about 2:28 
PM CDT!

(Garry, did you happen to do any maintenance on the WSPR exciters between 
2140 and 2148? The lower WSPR signal came back up at that point at the same 
level as .400, and both were stronger than they had been earlier in the 
afternoon.)
