[Lowfer] Navtex and EAR

J.B., don't know if you've continued monitoring Navtex but the west 
coast has been doing well here lately in terms of NDBs. Have been seeing 
quite a few of them from BC. And last night on 350 kHz all 3 
high-powered NDBs were in there simultaneously - DF from NL, NY from BC, 
and RB from NU.

Meanwhile the repaired EAR continues to come in fine in the daylight.
