[Lowfer] interference mp3

Started getting this interference a while back on 137.780 (or thereabouts). Intermittant during day 
... gone at night. At times it's one source, at other times there's several sweeping sources of 
different signal levels. At times one may be relatively stable and another will join in and sweep 
across the audio passband ... as heard on the .mp3 below. Duty cycle varies ... typically the on/off 
ratio runs roughly 1/2 to 1/5 or so. Sometimes there's much longer periods when it's off.

It's not generated within the house - that's the first thing I checked. On the K9AY it's quite a bit 
stronger in one direction. At least I can head out in that direction with the portable receive 
setup. Anyone else heard anything like this?
