[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Conditions were quiet here last night and Navtex signals came through 
well. Decoded area 4 messages from stations A,B,C,E,F,G,H,N,P,R, and U 
(station H in Curacao was probably in there with a "no messages" report 
too but didn't decode the ZCZC H identifier) and area 12 messages from 
stations C and Q. Area 12 station W is scheduled to send at 1140Z and 
expect to decode that one too in a few weeks when local sunrise is later 
than the current 1141Z. Perhaps decodes from Greenland aren't that far 
off either.
