[Lowfer] WE2XGR/1 506.3 Now Top-Loaded vertical

Tnx John!
Just bumped the power up to 90W but I imagine static is also much higher 
now.
 Will fool with the on-ground antenna another time with a different balun 
and maybe a different antenna orientation  to see if I can get better 
results.
