[Lowfer] 2200M Strange Decode

Tom, whenever WSPR decodes something that looks "strange" you can be
confident it's in error. I assume the time 0148 is Z and there are no
decodes reported by others; if by chance it's your local time (0548Z)
there still are no other decodes reported. The 5.8 number indicates the
timing is way off and the -2 indicates a fair amount of drift downward.
The power indicated is only 200 mW and the grid is inconsistent with the
call (in the Seychelles Islands).
Last night was pretty quiet here in terms of external noise. But
propagation on 474.2 kHz WSPR was unimpressive. Nothing decoded here
from the NW and the last decode was WG2XXM at 1130Z. Surprisingly,
WH2XND did better on 136 kHz WSPR. Although the SNRs weren't as high as
previous evenings (only -22 dB for the best out of 26 decodes), the last
decode was at 1152Z. The local sunrise boost was noticeably better on
136 kHz than 474.2 kHz.
