Doug: WSPR2. Check the activity list and/or map as Ron usually starts around
0300 UTC...He has a decent signal, it is just a matter of if the QRN is low
enough to copy/capture/decode
this time of year. Seems like I can get a capture if the QRN minimum is S2
or lower. At S4or5 minimum QRN level I can see traces but not cannot
decode....usually the QRN peaks are S9+20 with an S4~5 minimum QRN
situation....
