[Lowfer] last night in PA

FB Mike, WH2XND has been active on 137 kHz for some days now. Too bad he 
hasn't had much company transmitting. VE7BDQ has been on at times, but 
not last night. It was decently quiet here and got decodes starting at 
0102Z and ending at 1152Z (local sunrise was 1127Z). Might have decoded 
a bit longer but people are waking up and generating local QRM. Best SNR 
was -15 dB at 1058Z.
