[Lowfer] LF beacons

JB: EAR is peaking 19.6 dB above background noise here this afternoon (-73.4 
vs -53.8 ) on my NW EWE.

Unplugged my PC wall wart last nite for T-storm and forgot to plug it back 
in so I missed the overnite WSPR2 activity on 630m....
