[Lowfer] Propagation from the west last night

Good WSPR signals here on 474.2 kHz last night despite storms to the 
north. VE7BDQ, WD2XSH/20, WH2XGP, and WH2XXP decoded. DGPS signals made 
it clear propagation from the west was elevated around local sunrise 
compared to normal. Decodes were noted from Austin, NV (312 kHz, ID 
074); Myton, UT (303 kHz, ID 174); Garland, MT (313 kHz, ID 062); 
Spokane, WA (316 kHz, ID 068); Essex, CA (298 kHz, ID 066); Klamath 
Falls, OR (294 kHz, ID 138); Albuquerque, NM (291 kHz, ID 054); among 
others.
