Laurence,

I first noticed the signal shutting off from medium bandwidth around 
1729Z. Around 1733Z it came up again in narrow, RTTY mode. That lasted 
until about 1739Z when after a brief shutdown it came back with the 
widest bandwidth modulation. By 1745Z I saw it was back to medium 
bandwidth. Shutdown was around 1755Z. It will be interesting to see if 
the signal made it into your VLF grabber. It was only of modest signal 
strength here.
