Most welcome, Neil, and thanks for helping to spread the word.

It's a bad time to be doing maintenance that shuts down the Docket 15-99 
page for up to a week, but they probably didn't have a lot of leeway.  Also 
probably didn't help that so many right-at-deadline filings had to be 
checked and approved before posting.  We'll do what we can to make sure 
everybody has access to anything they need to read in the proceeding until 
everything's back to normal.  Working on it right now...
