Meant to mention, it's a bit surprising that it is occupying so much 
bandwidth.  It's not as obviously wide here in the middle of the country as 
I'm sure it is out west, but the reason we can be pretty certain the source 
is Dixon is because the fisheries people on the west coast using 134.2 kHz 
RFID tags, 1.75 kHz away, have been getting lots of QRM and tracked it down. 
Kind of renders moot any concerns that amateur operations on 2200 m might 
bother the fish tracking program!
