[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Good signals last night from Navtex stations, although for awhile one of 
them didn't turn off when finished sending messages and that no doubt 
caused some other stations to be stepped on. Messages were decoded from 
area 4 stations, A,B,C,F,G,H,I,N,P,Q,R, and U and area 12 stations C,H, 
and W. Nice to see Greenland (I) coming in again. Station M in Greenland 
was also noticed but it was too weak to decode anything. Powerhouse 
station E in area 4 apparently is down and that made decoding station F 
easy. It's well after local sunrise and area 4 station G in New Orleans 
is still coming in.
