[Lowfer] XRR & carrier signal

Mike and Gary:

Same results here in NW Ohio.  Copy on WG2XXM and WH2XND were 
good....but, no WH2XXR.   I would like someone to adopt WSPR15 as 
transmit mode here
in the states!!
