[Lowfer] 630m WSPR

After checking on SIW and MP, I noticed that the noise levels were a lot 
less at 630 m, so I spent about an hour there.  As usual, XXM was S9 to +10 
and XIQ ranged from S7 to S5.  A sample of the results is below.  In 
addition to the actual spots of XKA, XXC, and XRR, there were several time 
slots where they appeared on Argo set for QRSS3, but did not decode.  I was 
especially pleased to see XRR's 0.2 W so early in the evening, this time 
with the frequency drift eliminated.  Wish I could've watched longer.
