Set everything up at the farm a few minutes ago and noticed that the 
waveform indeed no longer flat-tops, though it still bottoms out. That's 
progress. Very little QRN today, so the signal is looking quite clean.

I'll probably try for EAR briefly this afternoon if the noise remains 
favorable.

It'd be great if some of the Part 5 guys had a chance to fire up in the 
vicinity of MP this afternoon, too, and take advantage of the groundwave 
opportunity.
