[Lowfer] Daylight SIW

JD, Mike, et al,

Bob, NK9M connected a dummy load to the lowfer and the slash code 
waveform then looked fine, proving the clipping when live was caused by 
RF coupling to the dead-bug op amp circuitry. He then tried placing a 
steel plate between the beacon box and the antenna and managed to get 
the dots looking correct again. Dashes are still poor but Bob will try 
repositioning the plate to see if they can be returned to normal too.
