[Lowfer] Daylight SIW

JD & All:   Caught SIW around 1800 UTC switch over. Did not start new ARGO 
screen so the freq scale only applies to after 1800UTC....

I had the furnace on for awhile so a mHz or two thermal drift is apparent. 
Unknown signal below .184 likely local En90xn source....

SIW went QRT around 2100UTC for maintenance, ( according to Garry, to shield 
the op amps from RF)

I switched over to WSPR2 630m so I do not know if SIW back OTA....
