[Lowfer] 474.2 kHz WSPR false decodes

JD, yes I'm familiar with occasional +/-60 and +/- 120 Hz multiple 
decodes on very strong WSPR signals. Most if not all of those decodes I 
get are the fault of my receiver/sound card with a comb of 60 Hz 
harmonics, not the fault of the transmitters.

But the "stations" I was referring to are all relatively weak and the 
multiple decodes there are not 60 Hz harmonics. Decodes separated by 
only a few hours are usually wildly different and the list of reporting 
stations doesn't usually include those nearest the supposedly 
transmitting station.
