[Lowfer] WM Beacon

I will be swapping the WM Exciter back to the Ashlock while I am looking 
into the stability issue with the U3S. I am not sure what the issue is 
after moving it to the antenna site. Garry, I apologize for dropping 
into your range again, I monitored it last night, and checked it again 
early this morning, and it was in it's proper spot. It certainly went 
south after the sun started warming things up.
