[Lowfer] Daytime lowfers

Thanks for the recent daytime captures of the WM Beacon. It's good to 
see the signal making it a few miles out of town.

Today I have swapped out the Ashlock exciter for the U3S with a new 
transmission pattern. Also included is GPS frequency correction which I 
am hoping keeps it on frequency in it's un-heated environment.  I am 
using the same PA/antenna configuration so there is probably no 
improvement in signal strength.
