[Lowfer] EAR in EM75xr

Nice Andy, I see a noise reduction when the power lines and gnd is wet. 
First day after the rain when the pwr lines start to dry out I get 
short-spike power line noise. Usually the wind is blowing too. Second day 
after rain the noise quiets down...wind usually subsides too...
