[Lowfer] WSPR intermittant upload problem

While searching for a possible fix for the WSPR-X intermittant upload problem, I've found that 
reducing the number of spots held in the ALL_WSPR.TXT file seems to have helped ... the two 
computers have been uploading flawlessly for a few days now ... which is a rare occurance.

The ALL_WSPR.TXT  file can grow quite large as old spots are not automatically deleted. I had spots 
in my file going back a couple years. Rather than throw them away I used 'cut and paste' to move 
spots more than a week old into a new text file (ALL_WSPRold.TXT for example).

If anyone else gives this a try I'd be interested in hearing from them. Should this solve the 
problem on other's systems I will send the information to K1JT.
