[Lowfer] Tag and SJ last nite

Lloyd et al, good signals here too, especially just before local 
sunrise. The ARGO attachment at QRSS30, slow shows SJ, WM, and TAG plus 
a GPS-based ref at 185304 Hz. Still plenty of room for other lowfers at 
the watering hole.
