[Lowfer] MLS plust unknown

[Garry and Linda Hess]

Monitored around 186200 Hz to note the frequency drift versus time of 
lowfer MLS. While doing that a strong, brief keyup by something occurred 
on 186200.2 Hz for about 30 minutes. This is shown in the attachment, 
which is an ARGO waterfall at QRSS60 with 10 minute time ticks. The 
steady signal at 186202 Hz is from a GPS-locked SLM (thanks to Jay, 
W1VD; sorry for the occasional sampling glitches).
