[Lowfer] xsv in EN90xn

Mike & Garry, Tnx for ur reports. I was happy to read them. I have no gnd radials in ur direction (yet) until I attempt to run them in the crawl space under the house ( and hope they don't cause RFI ). 

John's comments on the QRG of some of the wspr beacons is so true. The problem will increase as the band becomes available for all ham calls. We just need to notify each other about it so we can make adjustments as necessary. It helps to be active readers of BOTH reflectors (600mrg & Lowfer) as well as the LF/MF chat site (ON4KST). Inter communication is important as we pursue our objectives on these bands.
