Conditions last night were quiet but propagation was dismal. Only copied 
area 4 stations and not very many. Decoded messages from stations 
A,B,C,E,F,G,N,R, and U. Guess H and P are off the air at the moment. 
This morning VLF looks bleak too. NWC on 19.8 kHz isn't bad, along with 
the 4 high powered US transmitters, but only see DHO38 weakly on 23.4 
kHz and a signal on 22.2 kHz (JJI?) is even weaker. NAU on 40.75 kHz is 
weak and NRK on 37.5 kHz is very weak. Nothing at all is seen at 1130Z 
from either CFH on 73.6 kHz or CKN on 76.2 kHz. DGPS from Colorado on 
307 kHz is just barely noticeable.
