[Lowfer] Mystery signal

John, no copy here over night either. Poor conditions continue, 
especially to the west, but XKO keeps rolling in on 137 kHz. Also, NDB 
DX is still possible. Last night, BOG on 340 kHz LSB from Columbia was 
quite good.
