[Lowfer] 137 kHz

John & All:  I had decodes of DK7FC's 136 kHz wspr15 signal at 0430 and 
0500.  His did not become visible on the wspr15 waterfall until the 0400UTC 
interval. The DK7FC signal  was also visible on the 0530 utc 15 minute 
interval but did not decode here.  By the 0600 interval there was no visible 
trace of the DK7FC signal here in EN90xn.  There was some (presumably) local 
noise competition which may have prevented the 0400 and 0530 decodes.  But 
I'll take 50/50 on that path anytime ~:) ,  73 Mike wa3tts
