Had good conditions here last night. Logged area 4 stations
A,B,C,E,G,H,N,P,R, and U. Nothing special there. But also logged area 12
stations H,J,Q, and W. Those first two don't happen often. Nor does area
15 station D in Puerto Montt, Chile. But last night 3 messages came
through with garbled text. For example, at 0435Z:
"ZCZC DA58
_ROUTINE
140430 UTC MYOGWWQT
PUERTO MONTT RADIO/CBP
COASTAL WARNING 0029
CANAZ QUINCHAO - RADA DE ACHAO
CHAR_ RO 7370, ELECTRONIC CHART
CL3LL06. ACHAO LIGHTED BEACON
L. 4228.13S, G. 07329.44W.,
WIT_ NEW NOMINAL RANGE:
04 NAUTICAL MILES.
NNNN"

Noticed such decodes over an hour after they came through and looked for
Chile NDBs MJL on 240 kHz and TOY on 260 kHz. MJL copy was weak on USB
offset 1018 Hz with a 10.38 sec cycle time. TOY was initially stronger
on LSB offset 1022 Hz, but faded and station AP in CO took over before a
trustworthy cycle time could be determined (but it was approximately 8.6
sec). Both MJL and TOY are listed as being quite high powered but at
7472 and 8221 km, respectively, copying anything from them with just an
eprobe is unusual.

Didn't see Mike's posting of DK7FC on WSPR-15 until too late to look.
Not likely enough signal would have made it over here to copy as other
stations to east weren't enhanced (no Greenland Navtex decodes).
