[Lowfer] Navtex overnight

J.B., conditions started out fine here last night but degraded as a big 
storm south of Texas started making serious LF noise. Nonetheless, 
picked up a pair of area 4 stations I haven't decoded for quite awhile: 
Q at 0247Z and O at 0525Z. Guess the nearby US stations that usually 
overwhelm them were brief for a change. Other area 4 decodes were from 
A,B,C,E,F,G,H,N,R, and U. Guess P in Thunder Bay had nothing to 
broadcast. Only got stations Q and W from the west coast.
