[Lowfer] 137 kHz

Garry & All:  First sighting of VO1NA here in EN90xn was around 2130UTC, 
prior to that XXM was coming in well up to an hour earlier on 630M.

Fat Finger Syndrome here botched the first 137.777 kHz capture.  Repeated 
brief power outages created some overnight capture chaos....better days to 
come.
