[Lowfer] 137 kHz

Nice to see 3 signals on 137 kHz last night, but got started too late to 
confirm the strongest. The frequency (137.7798 kHz) was in line with 
that used by K2ORS but not sure what the call was because only a few 
characters were caught after first tuning to 137 kHz in the evening. 
After that MP and VO1NA were left alone.
