[Lowfer] 137 kHz signals

Garry: Looks like an "RD" from here..... Joe's signal must have been in the 
low to mid -40s at times to be dog-boning in this capture.  Also note the 
stout CW ID side bands at about 0400 UTC on MP....First time I think I can 
say I have seen VO1NA dogboning......
