      Ted is running one of my Juma transmitters, maybe 1-2W ERP. 
Antenna is a delta loop, with feedline shorted and resonated with series 
L. Ground is a metal airplane hanger - location is Minuteman Airfield in 
Stow, MA. Note beacon message is incorrect, it says "Stowe, MA"
