[Lowfer] Recording of the Hamcom 630-meter discussion panel and open forum from this weekend

I just verified it as I am not logged in on dropbox at the moment and it
should give you an options to download or save to drop box.  If you dont
have a dropbox account, simply select download and save it to your local
machine.

Unfortunately the file size limit for wordpress, who controls my website,
is 65 MB so I was forced to either try to break up the file or post it
elsewhere.

Please let me know if selecting download and saving to your machine for
play does not work.
