[Lowfer] Summer VLF

Thanks for the VLF test grabber Jay. Your reception is excellent even 
with summer storms around. The European signals really fade quickly 
inland and I've seen hardly any. This morning all I copy are the usual 4 
USA stations and NWC in Australia. NWC isn't even stronger than NPM like 
usual.
