[Lowfer] Lowfer Activity

Hi Tom,

Lowfer beacon WM is still off the air. My objective is to bring it back 
on-air this summer. So far the rainy weather has really hampered my 
progress.

Hifer beacon WM is on-air at 13.5553 Mhz.
