[Lowfer] Lowfers (SIW, TAG overnite, no WM)

Garry & All: Seems like I am at the far edge of groundwave in daylight but
just a bit too close in for consistent skywave--at least in the early to mid
evening. Last night no skywave at all for SIW until a rather abrupt
appearance around 0630 UTC. I made a level adjustment on ARGO from 54/54 to
50/50 and the SIW signal appeared shortly thereafter

Stayed fairly strong through the next capture with the furnace causing some
QSY most likely the FT-817 IF receiver TCXO drift

Lower signal levels but still solid copy without blooming and TAG making an
appearance even tho the LF EWE antenna is on the SW transformer direction
for antenna pattern, so TAG has a 10 to 13 dB F/B disadvantage and still
coming through reasonably well. An extra 108mi to TAG (542.3mi) vs SIW
(434.4 mi) from this location.

Back to daylight and consistent SIW signals with single digit sunrise F deg
temps

Unfortuneately no WM copy last nite. I did have a bit of a single "V" trace
up around 185.303 around 0600 but that seems too high in
frequency to be WM...
