[Lowfer] 13.5555 MHz LSB

I tuned the receiver to 13555.55 kHz USB this morning. Copied three beacons
for a while around 1430Z. The "Squarer", the "EH" beacon and one just lower
in frequency by about 100 Hz than the "EH" heacon. I didn't get what it was
sending because it was in and out of the noise. The other two were pretty
solid.
