[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Lots of decodes last night from area 4 stations. 
A,B,C,E,G,H1,H2,I,M,N,P,Q,R, and U. Only area 12 decode was station W. 
Nice to see both H stations (Wiarton, ON and Curacao) decoding the same 
night. Also nice to see Greenland stations I and M. Haven't decoded W 
there for quite awhile.

While writing this email saw a TACAMO transmission on 17.8 kHz. It was 
fairly strong so it might not appear on the http://kl7l.com/Alaska.html 
grabber. Can't tell yet as the grabber hasn't scrolled far enough in 
time. It does show VTX2 on 17.0 kHz nicely but don't see that here.
