[Lowfer] Looking for QRSS-3 on 475 KHz

I had to make some changes to the upload procedure.. I changed the image to jpg instead
of bitmap... That speeded up the process considerably.. I also changed the capture and
upload time to every 5 minutes instead of 8 minutes...

Dropbox now seems to be working again.... I have received Neil only 1 time on WSPR to date..
QRSS-3 will probably be a harder task to accomplish... I have 2 big hindrances tonite..
mother nature is being a bit noisy with static crashes, and the biggest ear blocker is the
boulder crushing WSPR signals just slightly up the band ... Especially " XIQ " since he is 
at the bottom of the WSPR band.. When he transmits; the radio AGC starts crunching, and
I can't turn it off on this rig... just set it to fast is all..

I requested Neil to run QRSS and he abliged, so I'll let it run and see what happens..
Barring power outages anyway... they do happen around here..
