[Lowfer] ARGO won't stay calibrated

Hi Andy, I have run Argo continuously for 3 months in the past and not seen 
that problem. However I do recollect some discussion on soundcards and 
sampling. Some sample rates are not exact sub-multiples of the soundcard 
clock and these are often bodged to give an acceptable audio 
response......but this is not acceptable for our purposes. If it was this 
then it should show on SpectrumLab as well, but it would go if you select a 
different sample rate (no easily possible on Argo, which is optimised for 
the mode but can be done on Spectran

I think I have also seen resampling on USB cards which can do funny things. 
John W1TAG may have a comment on this as he did a lot to calibrate cards in 
the early days of "Wolfing"
