Garry: Your SIW signal fairly robust at the 1800UTC switch over time. Looks 
like possibly a WM sighting as well

Perhaps it takes a day or two for the trees to freeze and lower the signal 
absorption.....no sudden solar events other than a minor C class flare last 
hour or so....
