[Lowfer] Hifers at EM68

Thanks Mike: Haven't seen a capture of the Hifer signal for quite some
time, and nice to know it is still radiating. Using single Epson programmed
chip, low pass filter and then directly to antenna. Somewhere about 75
milliwatts. dipole antenna about 10 feet high in tree !
