[Lowfer] Hifers at EM68

[N8OOU]

I setup for captures today on the hifer band. As I was setting up 
between 12:00 and 13:00 UTC I audibly copied the letter "A" twice about 
1 minute apart. The same thing was heard yesterday, at about the same 
time. I didn't have argo running, and set it to capture 13555.7 for the 
morning. nothing else was heard or seen.

About 14:00 utc a very ragged square wave appeared on 13555.6. You can 
see that capture on dropbox here:

By 15:06 the pattern cleared up a lot, but was still not a clean square 
wave. Could that have been NC?

Tuned down to 13555.4 after lunch and found only MP and USC. A full 
screen capture is on Dropbox and the small version is attached.

Equipment used was the Kenwood TS-480, and multiband trap vertical.
