[Lowfer] FW: VLF OT 06Z time transmission

Thanks Laurence, much appreciated.

I have been checking your grabber from time to time for this activity 
and have noted the blips at those times too. I don't always think to 
check your grabber and when I do it is long past when the activity was 
taking place.
