[Lowfer] 8842 Hz Carrier on

Dex, thanks for the end-of-year VLF carrier. Just got back home and 
checked the hourly screen captures that were saved. You came in here at 
almost 20 dB SNR using spec lab with an 81uHz noise bandwidth, best copy 
yet. Processing delay is substantial so the actual time of the capture 
waterfall is a bit after 1547Z. Sorry my sampling rate was so far off 
but glad I had a GPS-based reference signal up 0.1 Hz to clarify the 
real frequency.
